What information about our online guests do we collect?
Your credit card information is never stored by The Imaginative Child. Credit card information is used only for “at the time of sale” authorization from your credit card account holder. Once a transaction is complete, your credit card information is destroyed and no longer available for use by The Imaginative Child. Any contact information that you supply to us (name, email, physical address, or phone number) will be maintained in our database. We may store these items for future use to contact our customers regarding upcoming sales and events.
What do we do with the information?
The contact information you supply to The Imaginative Child may be used to keep our customers apprised of any upcoming sales, new product launches, research and development, prizes, giveaways, and communication about the advancements in early childhood education.

Shipping/Freight – Mainland USA, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO (please call first)
Orders normally ship within 1 to 3 days. We have several different shipping methods available to choose from and you are given a choice of available methods when you submit your order information. The Imaginative Child uses the published rates of the carrier.
Freight cost is based upon actual gross weight of the entire shipping package. On larger orders, weight used will be based on actual or dimensional weight, which ever is greater. Alternate shipping methods are available upon request.
We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time. Packages typically ship via Fed Ex Ground and Express. If you are a retailer who has a routing guide, please submit your routing guide 2 weeks prior to your requested ship date. You can submit your routing guide via mail or email. If via email, please contact your represenative for their respective email address.
Warranty Policy
30-Day Warranty
All products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 30-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.
Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation via email to Returns , or call on our business phone at 623-587-9630 (AZ) or 1-877-216-7083.
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, method of payment and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
Return Items
We believe in one thing at The Imaginative Child, Complete Customer Satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply give us a call, request a return authorization number and return the item within 30 calender days, in original, new and unopened condition, with no questions asked. You are responsible for the cost of the freight out and back.
We do not guarantee products to perform a specific or particular usage or application. Refused shipments will incur a 25% restocking fee plus freight out and back. If damaged occurs during transit, please call or email us immediately. 623-582-5324 AZ or 877-216-7083 or email Returns, Shipping, insurance, and Handling costs are non-refundable (damages must be reported within 2 days of delivery date).
You Must First Call The Imaginative Child to Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number so Your Return Can be Properly Handled. RA numbers are only good for 30 calender days.
Please include the following with your return:
A copy of your original invoice and your return authorization number.
Request for a refund or exchange (please specify one or the other).
Credit will issued within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
Out of Stock Policy
The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from our suppliers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished by our production team. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we can run a special production batch if the quantities needed justify the request.
To ensure the highest quality products for our customers, we are continuously looking for new suppliers. Items in our kits may vary slightly, but will always have the same theme.
Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. During high volume times of the year we strive to keep all active SKU's in stock, but demand fluctuations can inhibit our best efforts. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, SHALL THE IMAGINATIVE CHILD BUSINESS OR ANY OF OUR EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, VENDORS OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS WEBSITE.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THIS WEBSITE OR ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE, OR WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THIS WEBSITE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE, BY YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE, THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
